Athens Car on the Square is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) Charitable organization. The Athens Cars on the Square; Car, Bike, and Truck Show is held on the downtown square on the last Saturday in April.
The Athens Sport-plex Car, Bike and Truck Show is held at the Sportsplex on the 2nd Saturday in October.

Limestone County Churches Involved (LCCI), Hospice of Limestone County, and Athens Limestone Community Association (ALCA).
The Sportsplex show supports the Alabama Veteran's Museum.
